Extremely nervous for consultation, any tips?

I’m 27 and currently a 32DDD, so my doctor referred me for a plastic surgeon for a consultation. It’s on Monday and im absolutely terrified. I mainly don’t like the physical examination part of it. I don’t really like the idea of anyone touching me like that. I also have severe health anxiety and get scared when I’m being physically examined. I don’t want her to find anything. I’m just hoping that I can still have the consultation done with minimal touching. If anyone can give me a step by step of what usually happens that might ease my anxiety a bit. Thank you.
