Organizations in NJ

I'm not looking to adopt. My bengal has always been a fiend for eating everything. She somehow opened the fridge yesterday and ate through the plastic to get to meat. Im 90% sure she is blocked but I can't afford surgery because I just paid for another one of my cat's surgeries.

Essentially, I want to find a bengal organization that'd be willing to do surgery so that she doesn't need to pass needlessly. Any advice? I've contacted a few but I'm worried that since they have a 48 hr response window, her condition will worsen.
