uppababy cruz with skateboard attachment

we're traveling w/ kids and are considering bringing an uppababy cruz with the skateboard attachment for our kids to alternate. is it too big/bulky to bring to Rome? we'll also be flying within the EU via Ryanair so not sure if they allow this type of stroller to be checked in...thank you!
