What is one shooting me in Expedition?

So I'm not super tanky but can get through juiced 16's no problem. When running expo I seem to randomly get one shot out of nowhere through full res, chaos included, 1.6k life and 4k ES. It's not even a dot it's just full go blast. Just curious on what mechanic it is because I straight up can't tell
