Body braid: how to use?

Hey all! I’m new to this sub but i figured anyone could help they would probably be here! I just bought a body braid off of facebook marketplace and I’ve been trying to figure out how to wear it with no luck. Every tutorial I see, theirs has the part that goes around the shoulders but the dangley parts are just straight. The one I bought, they are criss crossed and i’m not sure how I can put it on? I thought I could include a picture but apparently this sub doesn’t allow that, but if anyone can help I’d be happy to send a picture of it!! Thank you!
