quick question

It is my first time listening to subliminal audio, and I wonder how long it takes for them to have an effect and how they affect the mind too. Sorry if I confused y'all 😭 and I don't know why but I always get a bad feeling or something like that from listening to them and another question how too get them to work faster? And another question is that I heard that subliminal was fake but idk what to believe in sorry again if I confused y'all
