the burning is my main and only symptom, and it's driving me insane.

Venting / Suffering

i've tried pantoprazole, omeprazole, famotidine, sucraflate/carafate, pepto bismol, gaviscon, slippery elm, other natural remedies. nothing. works. the burn is still there. even with my stomach acid levels being "low", it's still there. i'm following the bland diet to a T, no cheat days, i'm literally borderline undereating. it doesn't matter, i still burn. it feels like someone is constantly pouring lemon juice/acid on an open wound in my stomach. one day i'll have a "calm" day, but the very next day will be the same hellish burn i've been enduring for the past 5 months. it's up and down, and my main trigger at the moment is stress and anxiety, something i literally cannot control and something that ive been struggling with all my life. i was diagnosed with chronic mild gastritis, had an endoscopy done, tested negative for h. pyolri. saw the pictures and my esophagus was inflammed and super red, and my stomach showed signs of inflammation as well, but not as bad as my lower esophagus. i don't know what to do at this point, i don't know if i'll ever have more than one "calm day" a week.
