How much should I take?

My 9 vials of estrogen just arrived, but how much and how frequently should I take it? I'm pretty new with hrt.

Ah, I almost forgot to mention that the vials are 400 mg/10 ml of estradiol enanthate. My friend said it was an important piece of information.
