Do you really think of incest and how it is masked here?

I have seen a load of people talking and confessing about it, but what they really do, is mask it with either a cousin, in-law, or maybe a distant relative, which I don’t think really feel like the actual fantasy in reddit terms. Shouldn’t it be blood related and/or in other words done between Mum/dad or siblings?
