Are there any activities me and my girlfriend can do together long term?

basically the title. I visited Japan last year for the first time and somehow met my current girlfriend who lives in Tokyo and now I come here every 3-4 months to visit and live together.

Since she lives here and is unimpressed mostly by most things I never experienced, I wanted to ask if any of you have any fun activities I can do with her and make a list, which will not bore her. The only thing that most locals apparently didnt know about was that teamLabs stuff and it was fun, she told me, she didnt know something like that existed.

Any advice would be helpful :)
