Is 561 ng/dL total T at trough a poondose? ;-;

Jusy got my trough levels tested cuz I feel like shit at the end of the week all the time. And welp. I was shocked honestly lol. Should I switch to twice a week injections, or something?

I'm on 100mg of test cypionate weekly IM injections btw.

My trough levels:

Total test: 561 ng/dL

Free test: 127.9 pg/mL

Estradiol: 28 pg/mL

My levels 4 days after injection:

Total test: 1015 ng/dL

Free test: 304.5 pg/mL

Estradiol: 42 pg/mL
