Luna Ultra - is Low light enhancement identical to PureVideo?

Hi, I can't seem to figure this out. While in standard video mode, if the scene is dark there's the "Low light enhancement" pop-up which brightens everything. Is this basically switching to the PureVideo mode?

And related question: if I start a video in a bright scene then enter a dark room, will the Low light enhancement trigger? Is it based only on the start time of the video or can it adapt afterwards?
