Instagram phone verification and not receiving code in SMS

2-3 days ago i opened instagram as usual and suddenly got a message saying confirm your dentity with a phone number. i tried writing my phone number to receive the SMS code, but it doesn't send me anything. I've tried different devices swapped sim cards to other phones, didn't work. Now i am getting 24h cooldowns which one passed and didn't work and again it gave me a 24h cooldown now in 3-4 hours ill try again with a different phone number. I am on IOS, tried almost every fix. Has anyone faced this problem? If yes how did y'all fix it? I'll pay you if you help me.
