Equipment sizing recommendations

New to the sub - I (47m) played hockey from the age of 3 through freshman year in college, then again for a year during my internship between vet school and residency (20 years ago now - jeez, it makes me feel old to type that). I skated last about 5 years ago when my kids weee learning but haven’t played in a long time.

I’m feeling a bit of the bug and would like to get back into it, but sold everything years back and need to start from scratch. I’ve been looking on FB Marketplace for some gear to get started with (and save money over new gear) but it’s been long enough that I have no idea where to start with sizing - specifically skates, shin guards, helmet and pants.

I’m 5’10” on a good day, shoe size 10.5, 30” inseam and 165#. Any help with sizing recommendations would be great. Even better if folks have other sources for finding used gear?
