P0171

2000 limited. I just replaced my fuel injector in cylinder 3, because it was causing me a really bad misfire. New one is in and the bad misfire is gone. But now I have a code p0171. There is still a misfire, but not as bad and it’s a little audible. What should I know that might cause this?
