Party food ideas, specifically Vietnamese, for a group gathering in Orange County

I have been looking for some good party food ideas recently for a get together I am planning. I saw Saiga Eatery, which has locations in Irvine and Orange, has a blog post about catering. I really like their banh mi and fresh spring rolls, and I was excited to see those are options for larger groups. It looks like they have a good variety if you are feeding a mixed crowd.
