July 4th Martinsville glizzy request: what are the closest grocery store equivalents to the chili, slaw, and onion mixture they use at Martinsville Speedway?

My wife and I have a craving for homemade Martinsville hot dogs for the 4th tomorrow. We have the bright red Jesse Jones hot dogs readily available to us, and we've eaten them at home several times, but have had a hard time coming close to the exact recipe for the "all the way" dogs they sell at the track.

I'm wondering if anyone on here has also tried to replicate them at home and which brands of chili/slaw or homemade recipes they've used that most closely resemble the authentic thing.
