Really weird connectivity issues after new pc build?

Hello all, I built a new pc recently, and im having some really weird internet connectivity issues. I have a fine and stable internet connection that likes to randomly drop.

When it drops, it wont come back unless I restart the pc. Once it drops, if I try to shut wifi on and off from the task bar, it stays on from taskbar access, and won't shut off if clicked. I have to go into computer settings to shut it off. If I look at available networks, it shows none, though when the internet is working fine, I see upwards of 8 from surrounding houses.

Once I restart my pc, everything works fine until it drops internet and disables itself again. All drivers are up to date, im using windows 11, and I have a ASRock X870E Nova WiFi motherboard with wifi 7.

I recently moved the router and modem into my room, and its 15 foot from the pc. Ive also begun to notice it really likes to drop when im playing games online. My next best idea is to use an ethernet cable, though I really dont want to, especially because I shouldn't be having this problem.

Any ideas?
