Is it worth it more to grab E2 Archer or E0 Gilgamesh?

I don’t have Silver Wolf for Archer or Saber for Gilgamesh, but I plan to try and pull Rin, so I’m wondering if it would just be better to get the free vertical investment for Archer or grabbing a Gilgamesh for the diversity?
