The differences in accuracy are quite high. Especially the second one, 92 vs 99 accuracy is really significant difference. Which engine should I trust then? How can I learn if I can't even trust my tools? I tend to believe Lichess evaluation more. In the last image You can see a position, in which I immediately took the queen. Chesscom engine dropped it's evaluation from M10 to +9 when I took the queen. But what it wanted me to do is pointlessly repeat the position, by checking on h8, checking back again on h7 and only then taking the queen. It's literally the same position. Which is why Lichess correctly shows that it's M7, not +9. I'm sure it's an issue you're familiar with if You use chesscom engine. I see this basically everyday or so, and it still hasn't been fixed. Yesterday I was going through extended statistics on my account. They show how often I play or miss some tactics, mates, stuff like that. But now that I think about it. The statistics would count this instance as me missing M10. How reliable are the percentages it shows me then? Worthless? I would like to be able to focus on my improvement and not doubting every time the engine corrects me.
