Kerstel 5 stars and 187 shards?

I have been playing for a while. I have unlocked Odin already. I needed a last member for the professor x saga and I was considering her. I have maxed out DD 1. I've tried it again to see if I somehow got the other shards but I didn't. Does anyone have an idea how to get the remainder of the shards (or why I have such a specific amount of them)?
