30 Year Old, Male, What do you take of a Grade 2 MR signal from Posterior Medial Meniscus horn that is incidentally discovered in MRI (not clinically correlated)?
So, I have done this MRI scan of the Left Knee joint, as I had frontal knee pain for years which Doctors had diagnosed as some tendon issue, but it kept coming back so I did MRI to see what's wrong.
The patellar tendon was fine, however, the MRI found Grade 2 MR signal from Posterior Horn of the Medial Meniscus.
But there are no symptoms like Knee instability, swelling or pain in the back of knee, knee giving out or clicking sound from the joint All these symptoms are largely absent. (some mild clicking on exercise comes but from the frontal part of the knee rather than the posterior part)
What do you think of it? Should I continue doing regular activities?
