Shipping Items without Tracking Under $10 + INR Resolutions
Ok, so I'm a fairly new seller but as of lately business is beginning to pick up. In the beginning, since most of my items are under $10.00, I would ship via USPS First Class Mail with no tracking. In the last 100 orders I've only encountered (3) buyers that claimed INR. Of the (3) buyers claiming INR, (1) was late due to a delay in USPS shipping chain, (1) was actually my fault due to a family emergency and having to leave town, but the most recent INR claim has been a pain. The buyer raised an INR claim, but then messaged the next day saying they received the item. Today I got a notification from eBay stating today is the final day for a resolution to the INR claim, but my question is, if the seller admitted to receiving the item in our messages, shouldn't this be enough to cover me, the seller, for the INR claim?
