Ralsei plush care?

Soon-to-be Ralsei plush owner here (both of them are on their way), I've been seeing a lot of suggestions on how to properly care for him but I'm not sure what the priorities are, anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

(He's going to Japan next year, at least that's certain ^_^)
