Rebuilding My Tool Kit - Help Me Out

Advice

I'm in the fortunate position of arriving at a point where I finally have a 16ish sqm workshop / office / playroom.

I'm at best, an amateur DIY'r who enjoys tinkering (eg took my drill apart today because he chuck was stuck), will likely do a kitchen overhaul during the winter, do some basic day to day maintenance of gym equipment in work, planning to build a lean to for storage over our side passage and add some sockets and lights to the office workout.

Over the years I've accumulated A LOT of random tools that I've bought on an as needed basis. But my base tools (pliers etc) all came as part of a beginner tool box set.

They're grand, but I think I want to start at the start and buy good versions of things as needed.

I threw up a pegboard today and on it you can see what is effectively the extent of my every day tools.

So I think my starting point will be;

- nice set of screw drivers

- set of multi size levels

- decent plier set (really noticed today how not having a needle nose made the drill reassumbly more difficult)

- some 3/8 drive allen keys (there's some big bits on a rack that need adjusting)

(not shown in pic - good socket set and all the drill/impact attachments I need, and there's loads of random things like tiling bits, pipe cutters, saber saw, tap spanners etc, things that have one specific use only)

So I guess my ask is, if you were me, what would you do? Anything ESSENTIAL you'd buy right now? I don't mind spending a decent bit regularly on tools that will outlast me.

Planning to just buy as needed to keep smashing that dopamine button without emptying my bank account.
