Question About A Re-Sealed (Re-Shrinkwrapped?) Omnibus

Hi everyone. I recently purchased an OOP Spider-man Omnibus, and I'm concerned it may have been open and then re-shrinkwrapped. There is a long hair inside the shrinkwrap that goes in-between the cover and the pages. Has anyone had that happen to one of their omnis, or should I reach out to the seller about this issue?
