Subscription cancellation scam

I'm sorry if this is the wrong subreddit, please refer me to the right one if this has to be taken down.

I'm having problems with 2 apps: Capcut and Picsart

I subscribed to Picsart for the 3-day trial and tried to cancel the same day. I couldn't because when I tried to cancel my subscription, it would bring me to the Subscriptions page in Playstore. I sent a review and an email, it would just refer me to the article that I already read. I emailed again saying that their article didn't help. No response.

I didn't have any money at the moment so I wasn't billed. But then I got some money transferred to my account to pay for our bills this month. Now I can't pay for the bills due to the app charging me for a subscription I tried to cancel.

The same thing with capcut now that I'm going through apps with "Free trials" that make it impossible to cancel before the free trial ends.

Any advice?
