Am I fucked?

So was replaying DSR and was in berg when I was invaded by a hacker. I know he was hacking due to having +15 weapon damage, backstabbing from front, infinite poise despite wearing the set from ceaseless. Due to this I'll be honest I alt-f4ed. Normally wouldn't do this as dying to an invader is whatever, part of the game, but hackers in the first area is different. Eventually I reconnected and the same hacker invaded me and backstabbed me from 10 feet away as I was hoping to just run to Torus to get him off. So do to this I alt-f4ed again cause fuck hackers, (I know possible softban but only twice so hoping not) but when I rejoined I got items such as the crest of Atorias and the undead merchant was dead. Is my save basically fucked if I wanna actually play the game because this means he probably hacked killed all of my npcs?
