11th grade student (pcb with psychology) wishing to pursue neuropsychology abroad. in which country should i aim for?

im in 11th grade right now and have done an internship in psychology because that is what I wish to pursue (neuropsychology). What more should I do?

I do get good grades and all, but im really, really worried about my extracurriculars. I want to add that I am not a very outgoing person, and nor am I mentally well, considering I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was in 8th grade, and while it does not physically limit me from doing anything, I find it very hard to even be a functioning member of society.

My parents have said that they will completely fund my studies if I study in India, but I wish to go abroad. They have told me that I will have to mostly rely on scholarships if I do go abroad. My aunt, who lives in America, has suggested that I take part in debates and volunteer under a psychologist, but I cannot find any opportunities to do so.

I would also like to add that I am completely willing to change my plan of going into neuropsychology; I just really enjoy subjects related to biology, so anything will work.

(im 15 years old and I couldn't find any volunteering that I could do since there was an age limit of 16 for some reason)
