how do i calculate how much resilience a fish will have when catching it? (ex: extreme, hard, moderate, easy, very easy)

im using ethereal prism rod + lumi larva (85% res) and im trying to catch a crystalized seadragon (1 res, extreme.) How would i calculate how much resilience ill have, or how much resilience the fish will have?
