What are the fastest ways to get the Stars up to beat Legends Arceus?

So I started playing Pokemon Legends Arceus again after abandoning for a few years, but now getting back into it, I realized how mind numbingly boring the grind is....Its literally telling you to Catch like 30 Bidoofs, which is just insane because after filling all your boxes that way, you gotta release them one by one....and honestly everything about the game is grindy...even the Boss fights are literally just spamming those pouches......

Honestly the only reason I want to finish it is that Gen4 was my favorite and I really like seeing the World and Lore, but this dumb and boring grind is really pushing me away....

So is there like a cheesy way of getting those star levels up without catching like a thousand bidoofs and luxios?
