Would you support an amendment requiring a civics test to vote?

Discussion

Basically, the amendment would specify a pool of 100 questions word for word that would be on an civics exam. The actual exam on a given date would randomly select 10 of them. It would require a 70% to pass. All questions are equally weighted.

All of the answers would also be given in the amendment. Since it is an amendment it would require broad, bipartisan support so the questions can't be designed to favor one party over the other.

This would be public knowledge. All would-be voters could easily look the questions up and memorize the answers to prepare for the test.

The exam would be issued federally and overseen by a bipartisan commission. We could even make the exam answers multiple choice in order to remove bias from the grader.

Would the US improve?
