Vignan university

I am thinking if joining vignan university can anyone tell me if the university is good or not??

And I know it has its own uniform but for our causual wear I heard that u can only wear traditional attire and u can't wear western and all is it true?

And also are the studies and all good??

Cuz I am an average student so I am really afraid whether I can catch up or not so can anyone plz advice me of its good to join here or not?

And also can I know about the culture activities and about fests like is the environment free and fun??

I want to have a balanced college life that's all
