Help! What should I do in early ZZZ?

Hello, so I'm just got into Zenless Zone Zero now, I'm Currently LV.25 and just got into chapter 2 Interlude. So, can I ask/help to give me some advice on what should I do, who should I pull (is it now or wait for new agent or so), items, w engine, and etc. THANKS!😋
