Comp ranges in DC region

Apologies if it’s inappropriate to ask about comp, but is $118k a good offer for an L9 consultant/specialist (not a SWE/Developer) in the Washington DC area?

Wondering where this falls on the range and if that’s on the lower or higher end? I’m coming in with ~2 yoe in my area and certs in ServiceNow. No clearance.

To me, it’s a great offer and is a significant hike to what I’m making now, so I was very happy. Frankly, was surprised it was that high given my yoe.

Appreciate any insights.
