How to play the Final Shapes "Episodes"?

Heyo, first time poster and returning player. Haven't really played since Season of the Deep back in Lightfall. Since it was nice and cheap I went ahead and bought all the DLCs and everything that I missed out on since the 2+ years I haven't played. For clarification, I bought "Destiny 2: The Collection" bundle on Steam.

I missed out on the Episodes, Echoes Revenant and Heresy, and I wanna play that content / experience those stories, but I can't figure out how.

When I look at the store under Expansions, I own everything (other than Marathon lol). When I look at the Timeline in the destinations tab, every Expansion, Season, and Major Update has a checkmark and says "owned"... at least, everything but Episode: Echoes, Episode: Revenant, and Episode: Heresy. They're listed under The Final Shape expansion, which I do own, but somehow I don't own the Episodes?

I just wanna experience those stories. I really don't mind buying something else if I missed something? But when I look on steam, I've purchased literally everything. Every single DLC says "in library". Is this just unavailable now?
