Am I over emotional? Or over reacting ?

So there is one group just like this pregnancy related and you just can't even pray for somebody and advice that mother's health is equivalently important as that of child ? The lady had posted that she is pregnant for about 6 weeks and she had some surgeries and her baby wasn't seen on ultrasound before the surgeries and she has already a child, I simply commented that have faith in God and everything will be fine love , your health is equivalently important as that of child and you already have a child so don't worry love , I know I know people won't get my last line correctly but my intention was that she should feel guilty because she was already because of her surgeries, I just wanted to give her a comfort that you have someone that makes you to feel the essence of being a mother , there are many women out there having difficulties in conceiving , omg the people just jumped on me , that my statements are condescending etc I later apologized multiple times , explaining myself too ...
