Help with possible fraud / I have no idea whats going on

Hey all, I recently accessed my ads account because I have a small business page I wanted to look into adding products for. I previosuly have never advertised on facebook, accessed the ads center, or anything commerce related

It looks like back in 2018 someone used my account to pay for ads, the pages are now long gone. It looks like there were three transactions in 2018 of someone "paying" a total of less than $75, and then three identical transactions of it being refunded.

The part that spooked/really confused me is that my account shows a current balance of $131.64. I have no clue when/how this accrued. It says it will be billed on Jul 8 or when I hit $250

Also if relevant my ad account is disabled, probably due to the above activity

Questions are,

Why is it just now going to try to bill on Jul 8? Has it actually been trying to bill for the past 8 years and just keeps rolling over to the next month?

Do I actually owe this? How do I even dispute it?

There is also no card or anything attached for it to auto withdraw from.

Thanks for any help. All I wanted was to add some of my products to my ig page and now this shitstorm lol, no clue what to even do to make that balance go to zero, it wont even let me click pay if I wanted to, its greyed out.
