Huldujökull or other hike on last day?

Tomorrow is our last full day in Iceland. We are gonna camp around the vik area tonight. I am unsure if we should do the Huldujökull overlook hike out of or maybe a volcanic hike on the peninsula near the airport to have some diversity in types of hikes.

We did Kristínartindar peak this morning. And over the last few days some of the larger hikes were Fimmvörðuháls, Mulagljufur Canyon, and a few long ones in Landmannalaugar. We are planning to walk around Sóiheimajökull, but that's a couple km at most. Last night our plan was to camp at the start of Huldujökull and go the glacier hike, but maybe we should go and do a volcanic hike to mix things up. Any suggestions?
