AI Pen always disconnects

Anyone own the AI Pen. I use it a lot to navigate around the phone and play some games with. It always seems to stop working after 3-4 minutes, then I have to stop what I'm doing to reconnect it

Anyone else have this issue? I don't seem to recall it doing this when I first got it
