UPS - Auto-Recovery Power Cycle

I have a Tower-UPS with a UDMP paired to it. I currently have the Trigger Point set to 5 minutes of remaining battery power, which gives the UDMP over 50 minutes of battery runtime. I also have the Auto-Recovery Power Cycle enabled. If power is restored before the Trigger Point (no safe shutdown of the paired UDMP), will the Auto-Recovery Power Cycle still take place?

If the safe shutdown is triggered due to the battery running low, I want the Auto-Recovery Power Cycle to bring the UDMP back online when power is restored.
