Anyone have issues with Spectrum internet provider?

This is about Stremio, Im posting here because the Stremio subreddit deleted my post :(

Spectrum suspended my internet after "torrenting" the movie "Obsession". I watched the movie on Stremio 2 days ago and this morning I received an email saying my internet was suspended due to illegal activity.

Anyone else have experience with Spectrum when using stremio? Should I use VPN when it comes to streaming new movies on Stremio?
