Mercury Bank

Posting to see if any folks have experience with Mercury Bank - good, bad or otherwise. I am presently at Chase which is driving me nuts. My business is an LLC that owns multiple subsidiaries, all LLC. The managing LLC and each subsidiary each have separate checking accounts. Each subsidiary is in exactly the same business. Yet every time I open a new account for a new subsidiary is like ground hog day. The business banker is clueless and I end up in compliance hell. Recently, they locked an account that had been open for several months. Also, their UI is garbage. Most transactions are ACH payments, account to account transfers, and incoming and outgoing domestic and international wires ranging from small to very large requiring me to send the wire in person from a branch. Mercury looks to have great online access, but what happens for transactions that need to be in person. Please share your Mercury experiences.
