Why do Rebootmon decks run Charismon?

I haven't played in a few months but I like appmon so wanted to make a rebootmon deck. I like to see other decks to see how people build things and then make my own spin on it. The question that I have is why is charismon being run in rebootmon decks? It seems people are just running 2 copies of it and they don't even run it with all the components to app fusion into it. Sorry if this is a very obvious answer, I just wanted to understand this.
