I want to believe in HaShem, but I am confused about His prophecies. 一 Please, help.

I want to believe in the God of Israel.
I see a god who is adamant that prophecies of the future will come true. I could not reconcile myself with historical reality in light of the claim that sacred texts had been edited. You Jews should know better than anyone... how many prophecies are in the Tanakh, and how many of them correspond to historical reality? Isaiah 41:22-23
“ Let them come and tell us what will happen. Tell us what the former things were, so that we may consider them and know their final outcome. Or declare to us the things to come, tell us what the future holds, so we may know that you are gods..."
