Depo and weight gain

I’ve always been small and skinny, always struggled to gain weight I went very very skinny after both my two kids when I was 19 and 20. and then I had my third and my body completely changed at 28. I went onto the depo abour 6 weeks after I had her. she’s now 9 months im about a month into my 3rs injection and the weight gain around my belly has been insane: I’m now fat. no joke, I was never fat 😂😂 I don’t fit in anything and I’m so conscious about everything I wear it’s also made my stretch marks look awful my belly is just longing. when I was skinny they were toned and didn’t look noticeable at all. Now my belly’s flabby and the marks are visible As hell. I have no confidence any more: I told her I want to come off it but she said she’ll give me the injection anyway so in 3 months I can. im sick of the depo. It’s honestly made me look pregnant everyday. It’s awful. Anyone else?
