Some questions about Velina and Remielle

I have been trying to figure it out on my own but my understanding of abilities is to a minimum so I have decided to come here last second to figure out what to do.

What is the best for Velina + Remielle team? M0W1 Velina + M0W1 Remi / M0W0 Velina + M2W1 remi / M0W1 Velina + M2W0 Remi or some different type of combination? I saw they kind of nerfed Remielles M2 so I don't know if its worth it any longer. If anyone understands the abilities more then please help me out!
