AI race to the bottom of intelligence

Does anyone else feel like this AI mandates are starting a race to the bottom of intelligence, critical thinking, and independent thought? My company just release an AI rubric and wouldn’t you know it’s the people who ship Claude / GPT documents without any review scoring the highest. Feels like we are all racing towards 0 brain cells these days and the wrong behaviors are being promoted and praised…
