I bought a rental and need it scanned and a blank ESX sent over to me for some renovations. I'll reimburse you for the tour and grab you a case of beer if you're old enough to drink, or you can save my info for the next time a TPA or Adjuster is busting your chops and I'll give you a hand with that mess.
