Manager Market crash with Triskele Mod Cruciale (Italian lower leagues) - Anyone else?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here is currently playing or has ever played FC 26 using the Triskele Mod (the one that adds the full Italian league system).

I am experiencing consistent game crashes whenever I try to access the manager market. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you find a fix, or do you know what might be causing it?

Thanks in advance for any help!
